Presumably some media would have bought those images, but nothing is confirmed.  Tom Noonan has in no way talked about tobacco, so we can't know for positive if Tom Noonan smoking.  The fans of Tom Noonan fear that he will smoke because of the unfavorable impact it would have on his wellness. Nonetheless, nothing at all has been confirmed, due to the fact nobody has never ever seen images of Tom Noonan with a pack of cigarettes, or holding a cigarette, so you should be calm.
