At this point we do not know if Otto Mellies smoking, because at the moment there's no photograph of him smoking.  Many media and heart magazines have claimed that Otto Mellies smoking. But it seems that they were just lies and rumors, because he has always denied it.  Because televisions prohibit images of men and women smoking, celebrities are also failing to complete so, or a minimum of in public. 

It seems that cigar culture in fashion is no longer as necessary because it was before.  It seems that smoking isn't so fashionable, since a number of models have been criticized for uploading photographs to their social networks even though posing with cigarettes inside a sensual way.  Has Otto Mellies ever smoked? He has in no way spoken, and when journalists have asked him directly he has consistently denied it.
