James Avery smoking

At this point we don't know if James Avery smoking, given that at the moment there's no photograph of him smoking.  James Avery has never ever talked about tobacco, so we cannot know for positive if James Avery smoking.  Because televisions prohibit images of people smoking, celebrities are also failing to do so, or at the very least in public. 

James Avery has always been surrounded by controversy over whether or not he smokes or not, but he has by no means made statements, so nothing has been confirmed.  Some gossip programs stated that James Avery smoked. Nevertheless, they rapidly had to deny it because the news was false and they did not have real evidence that it was true.  Has James Avery ever smoked? He has in no way spoken, and when journalists have asked him directly he has generally denied it.
