Andy Dick smoking

Are there pictures of Andy Dick smoking on a terrace of a cafeteria? Presumably some media would have bought those images, but nothing is confirmed.  Andy Dick smoking or not? So far, he has not produced any statements and one can find no expected statements in this regard.  Because televisions prohibit pictures of folks smoking, celebrities are also failing to do so, or at least in public. 

In the middle of the last century, smoking in the films was something all-natural and also necessary, due to the fact in all of the films an actor continually appeared smoking.  Some gossip programs stated that Andy Dick smoked. Then again, they easily had to deny it considering that the news was false and they did not have genuine evidence that it was accurate.  Has Andy Dick ever smoked? He has never spoken, and when journalists have asked him directly he has continually denied it.
