Tom Arnold smoking

Are there pictures of Tom Arnold smoking on a terrace of a cafeteria? Presumably some media would have bought those images, but nothing is confirmed.  Tom Arnold has by no means talked about tobacco, so we can't know for certain if Tom Arnold smoking.  Many singers fear being caught smoking because of the possible unfavorable effect on their record careers.  

Tom Arnold has generally been surrounded by controversy over whether or not he smokes or not, but he has never made statements, so nothing has been confirmed.  Some gossip programs stated that Tom Arnold smoked. Then again, they swiftly had to deny it mainly because the news was false and they did not have genuine evidence that it was true.  Do you think Tom Arnold smokes?
